Introduction

This guide aims at answering, among others, the following questions: What does excellence in CSR and disability matters mean? How can excellence be achieved? How can CSR and disability be improved?

At a moment when CSR systematisation is clearly taking place, we must be capable of providing tools that allow the companies to assess quality of their CSR and disability actions.

We are aware that the actual situation of disability inclusion in CSR policies is unequal and in general still quite scarce. The goal of this guide is to support companies in this role; therefore it provides specific guidelines for those that are starting to consider the subject as well as more ambitious action lines for those companies where the process is already underway.
